教练员和运动员白名单实施细则

1. Whitelist Coach Application (Meet one of the following two criteria):

1. Coaches who have worked as full-time trainers for more than two years in a provincial team or have a Kickoff Net score of over 2000 points and have been coaching at the Ginkgo Table Tennis Training Center for more than six months.
2. Holders of the Whitelist Coach Trophy. (20 medals within the first 300 can be exchanged for 1 Whitelist Coach Trophy)

2. Whitelist Athlete Application (Meet one of the following two criteria):

1. Athletes who have obtained a National Level 3 Athlete Certificate and have a Ginkgo score of over 70,000 points.
2. Holders of the Whitelist Athlete Trophy. (10 medals within the first 300 can be exchanged for 1 Whitelist Athlete Trophy)

3. Whitelist Coach Benefits:

1. Designation on the booking platform at the training center, becoming the first-choice coach for all high-level students.
2. All courses at the training center are free for their children and grandchildren.
3. A yearly educational subsidy of 3,000 CNY during their children's university education.
4. One free monthly double buffet service at Jiburu.
5. 30% of medical expenses not covered by insurance will be reimbursed by the training center.
6. The training center plans to establish Ginkgo community retirement centers across various locations within the next 8 years, offering housing and lifelong retirement services to coaches who have served at Ginkgo for over 10 years.
7. The training center will make every effort to provide various employment support for the children of whitelist coaches.
8. Free participation in all competitions and training at the training center and its future chain stores.

4. Whitelist Athlete Benefits:

1. Designation on the booking platform at the training center, becoming the first-choice player for exchanges with foreign clubs and technical development.
2. Participation in weekly closed cross-training sessions with whitelist coaches and whitelist athletes.
3. One free monthly single buffet service at Jiburu.
4. An annual educational subsidy of 2,000 CNY during their middle school years.
5. An annual educational subsidy of 5,000 CNY during their high school years.
6. An annual educational subsidy of 10,000 CNY during their university years.
7. Whitelist athletes can be directly employed by the training center. If they have other employment intentions, the training center will make every effort to provide various employment support.
8. Free participation in all competitions and training at the training center and its future chain stores.

5. Whitelist Coach and Athlete Quotas:

1. A total of 50 whitelist coach slots, with 8 slots available each year.
2. A total of 100 whitelist athlete slots, with 8 slots available each year.

These slots are limited and will be distributed until they run out, making them unique.

6. Application Time:

Starting from January 1, 2024, coaches and athletes who meet the above conditions can apply to the training center (applications can be submitted by the end of February and July each year, with two application opportunities per year). Benefits will be distributed and the Whitelist Coach or Athlete NFTs will be issued at the end of the year.

7. Value of Whitelist Coach or Athlete NFTs:

1. After the Whitelist Coach or Athlete NFTs are on the blockchain in December 2025, they will be listed on domestic and international NFT markets. The opening price will be 20,000 USD for each Whitelist Coach NFT and 10,000 USD for each Whitelist Athlete NFT.
2. In addition to the annual distribution to coaches and athletes, 8 additional NFTs each will be issued for public trading.

The proceeds from NFT sales will be used to fund various benefits for the community. Chinese table tennis is valuable and worth collecting and investing in globally.
