银杏乒乓球训练中心关于拟授予第一批教练员和运动员白名单公示的通知

各训练中心成员：

    为贯彻中央关于加强体育教育、提高全民素质的文件精神，进一步落实中小学体教融合方针，弘扬素质教育文化。现根据银杏乒乓球训练中心《教练员和运动员白名单实施细则》的规定，拟授予胡阳、黄燕玲为训练中心第一批白名单教练员；李秋辰、刘喆瑶为训练中心第一批白名单运动员。公示期为2024年3月4日至2024年3月14日，公示期内如对名单有异议，均可发送微信或者致电，联系方式：17882067195（微信同号）。 

第一批白名单教练员：

胡   队（国家二队教练员，2023年6月在训练中心执教）

黄燕玲（省队一线教练员，2023年2月在训练中心执教）

第一批白名单运动员：

李秋辰（国家三级运动员证书编号：2023230130482；银杏积分：98850分>70000分）

刘喆瑶（国家三级运动员证书编号：2022230130023；银杏积分：73704分>70000分）

白名单每年申请两次，2月底和7月申请，3月初和7月公示，凡是符合《教练员和运动员白名单实施细则》条件的教练员和运动员都可以向训练中心申请。

Announcement of the Proposed List of First Batch Coaches and Athletes to be Awarded White List by Gingko Table Tennis Training Center

Dear Members of the Training Centers,

In order to implement the spirit of the central government's documents on strengthening physical education and improving the overall quality of the population, further implement the policy of integrating sports and education in primary and secondary schools, and promote the culture of quality education. According to the provisions of the "Implementation Rules for Coaches and Athletes White List" of Gingko Table Tennis Training Center, it is proposed to award Hu Yang and Huang Yanling as the first batch of white-listed coaches at the training center; Li Qiuchen and Liu Zheyao as the first batch of white-listed athletes at the training center. The public notice period is from March 4, 2024, to March 14, 2024. If there are any objections to the list during the public notice period, you can send WeChat or call at 17882067195 (WeChat same number).

First Batch of White-Listed Coaches:

Hu Yang (Frontline coach of the provincial team, coached at the training center since June 2023) Huang Yanling (Frontline coach of the provincial team, coached at the training center since February 2023)

First Batch of White-Listed Athletes:

Li Qiuchen (National Level Three Athlete Certificate Number: 2023230130482; Gingko Points: 98850 points > 70000 points) Liu Zheyao (National Level Three Athlete Certificate Number: 2022230130023; Gingko Points: 73704 points > 70000 points)

White-list applications are accepted twice a year, by the end of February and the end of July, and are publicized in early March and early August. Coaches and athletes who meet the conditions of the "Implementation Rules for Coaches and Athletes White List" can apply to the training center.
